Academic Details : Shalini Mishra completed her B.Sc in Bioscince from University of Allahabad in the year 2006, She has completed her M.Sc degree in Food Technology from the Centre of Food technology, University of Allahabad in year 2008 on the thesis topic “Isolation, characterization and assay of Nisin producing cultures from cheddar cheese”. Currently She is pursuing her PhD from Agricultural and Food Engineering Department and thrust area of research is “Development of process technology for probiotic non-dairy yoghurt”.
